Inspection Period:  Three days from receiving the item. If there is damage, you must notify us immediately.

Most orders ship the following business day after placing an order. If your order is placed with us by noon, it may be sent that same day, but this is not guaranteed. When the office is closed, expect shipping to resume after the office is reopened. Most orders will ship by USPS. Shipping charges may change due to increases from the vendors. Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within two to five business days. If you have provided an email address with your order, you will receive a tracking number and shipper information. Please use the tracking number with the shipper to locate your package. There may be delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

PayPal:  PayPal requires us to ship to your account's address. Be sure your shipping address matches your PayPal account. Please use a credit card to send a package somewhere other than your account's address. After May 6, 2019, PayPal returns or canceled orders will be processed less the PayPal transaction fee. PayPal now uses its transaction number as an order number on package labels and emails regarding shipping. If you have questions regarding an order, please reference our 5-digit order number. 

Returns:

All returns require authorization from us. You will then receive the address for the return. Items are eligible for return or exchange within three weeks from the date of purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and in packaging. Discontinued items and clearance items are not returnable. 

All returns must be in original condition and packaging. Barrels must include the proof house paperwork. Returns made without permission, all packaging (including the outer box), and paperwork are subject to a 15% fee. Fired barrels are not returnable except under warranty. 

Shipping costs are not refunded. Shipping costs to return items are the customer's responsibility. Return items using one of the following methods:  USPS, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number and add insurance. You are responsible for any lost or damaged items if you choose not to add additional insurance. Please send us the name of the shipper and the tracking number.

After receiving an item, please allow us three days to process your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to list the credit on your statement.
